Web Development Prices in Ukraine 2026: 54 Real Numbers From 6 Studios
Every week someone asks me the same question: "How much does a website cost?"
The answers you get online are useless. They range from "$50 with Wix" to "$50,000 enterprise", and neither end tells you anything. Agencies publish price lists to look professional, then quote whatever the client can pay. Freelancers post "$100" and disappear into a template.
So I did something boring instead: I went and read the actual price lists of 6 Ukrainian web studios and bot developers. 54 line items. Real numbers, not estimates.
Then I built a parser to keep watching them, so this is not a one-off opinion piece — it is a live snapshot I can re-check.
The short version
The same job costs between 5,000 UAH and 80,000 UAH. That is a 16× spread, and it is not a quality difference.
Landing pages
Landing pages and business card sites
| Studio | What they offer | Price |
|---|---|---|
| SUDUS | Landing Page (одна страница) | 5,000 UAH |
| Zharkov.dev | Лендінг | $150 ≈ 6,200 UAH |

| MaxWeb | Landing Page | 15,000 UAH |
| MaxWeb | Сайт-візитка | 20,000 UAH |
| MaxWeb | Промо-сайт | 25,000 UAH |
A landing page runs 5,000-15,000 UAH. That is a 3× spread for what is, functionally, the same deliverable: one page, one form, one goal.
A landing page runs 3,700-15,000 UAH. That is a 4× spread for what is, functionally, the same deliverable: one page, one form, one goal.

Now this is where it gets interesting.
Now this is where it gets interesting.
What these 54 numbers actually say
1. Clients pick a studio, not a price
A 16× spread on identical work means price is not the deciding factor — because the person choosing cannot evaluate the difference. Both ends of the list describe the same job for the same kind of business.
If you compete on price, you are arguing with people who cannot tell that you are right.
Compete on trust instead. Which is the entire reason our offer includes an AI assistant on the site: it answers questions at 2am, calms the anxiety, and captures the lead while the manager sleeps.
2. The most expensive items are the least transparent
75,000 UAH turnkey is two to three months of work. The client pays blind that whole time — one screenshot a week, no visibility into what is actually happening.
Transparency costs pennies. Do not discount. Show.
3. A cheap Telegram bot is already a dead price
From 4,500 UAH. In 2026 you can assemble a bot on a no-code constructor without writing a line of code.
The constructors ate that market. You cannot sell "a bot" any more.
What you can sell is a system: leads from the site land in a bot, the bot qualifies the visitor, the data goes to a spreadsheet, the manager gets an alert. Web-Lift charges $150 for that. What nobody in this list offers is re-checking, change alerts and reporting.
4. Scraping appears exactly once, and it is a one-off
PAS7 charges €150 (≈6,800 UAH) for a single data pull.
Automatic monitoring with alerts? None of the six offers it.
That is a genuine hole. If a client needs to track supplier pricing, stock levels or competitor prices every day, there is nowhere on these price lists to go. Nobody else finds this interesting — which is precisely why it is available.
Demand is easy to predict: e-commerce, suppliers, dropshipping, real estate agencies, any business with procurement prices.
5. Support costs less than a year of guarantee on the site
800-5,000 UAH/month means 10,000-60,000 UAH per year.
If the site breaks, a full year of support revenue may not cover one day of emergency work. Almost none of these lists show a fixed SLA, a "we respond within two hours" clause, or a monthly report.
6. We sit at the top of this market, and I think that is correct
I am not going to pretend we are cheap. We are at the upper end. The reason is that we build systems rather than pages, and systems cost more to get right than pages cost to produce.
A 12-month forecast
Predicting prices is famously stupid. But the structure of this market makes a few things reasonably predictable:
1. The floor drops further. The bottom of every category is under pressure from AI site builders and no-code. 5,000 UAH is not a floor, it is a ceiling for the cheapest tier, and it will keep sliding.
2. The ceiling rises, but not for everyone. Premium work gets more expensive as buyers get more sophisticated about what "working" means. But this only applies to studios that can prove it.
3. "Just a bot" keeps falling. Already commoditised. The price will keep dropping until nobody sells it at all.
4. Clients stop buying websites and start buying leads. This is the big one. A site that produces nothing is a cost. A site with an AI assistant that qualifies visitors and alerts a manager is an asset. Budgets will follow that shift.
5. Support gets more expensive. Everything gets more expensive to maintain — more integrations, more AI services, more dependencies.
6. The real risk is AI constructors. If a constructor can produce an acceptable site in an hour, the entire low-to-mid market compresses. That risk is real and I cannot dismiss it.
How I will check this
I built a parser that re-checks all 54 positions on a schedule and alerts me when something moves more than 5%.
Which means: this article is a snapshot, not a trend line. One measurement is not evidence of direction. When the second and third measurements land, I will publish the actual deltas — what was, what it became, and whether I was right.
Predicting the future from a single data point is how most market analysis goes wrong. I would rather be honest about that than pretend otherwise.
