TL;DR
DEV Pet Corner is back for another Sunday! It's a weekly series where we take a little break from tech and share our love for animals.

My pups Ruby and Pippen are ready for Halloween 🐮🐥
Ruby and Pippen look so adorable in their little costumes ❤️ I'm sure they're going to be everyone's favorites this Halloween 😀 Hope we get to see this adorable duo again in future editions!
Hi Hema! 👋🏻
I am so happy you created another wonderful series of posts! 🎉 I was away for a while, and I felt a bit shy about returning after such a long break. Your post encouraged me to come back and write a comment about my two black cats – thank you very much for that 💛🐈⬛
Meet Puszek (above) and Kicia (below) – two black cats I adopted from the local animal shelter several years ago. Right now, Puszek is sitting on my lap and helping me write this comment 😃 In general, they like to help me work, but sometimes they also disturb me – especially when they decide to play above my laptop 😅
My cats like to play, cuddle, and sit on the windowsill to look at the outside world. They are super cute, and I love them very much, even though sometimes they get on my nerves (yesterday Kicia knocked over my plant 🪴💔😭).
I missed seeing you around the community, Klaudia and I am so happy to see you back 😀 Thank you for sharing Puszek and Kicia with us ❤️ They are both so cute sitting in their cat tree 😄 Puszek looks like, "Wait, are you taking my picture?" while Kicia is already posing like a pro! Hope we get to see more of this duo in future editions too, but only if you feel like sharing, no pressure at all!
Meet Myraa, my neighbour's little girl ❤️ Isn't she adorable in her traditional outfit? 🥰
And here's Myraa enjoying her beauty sleep! 🥰🐾
Awww, Myraa looks like such a little princess in that dress 😃 And her enjoying her beauty sleep is just too precious 😄 Thank you so much for sharing Myraa with us, Shubhra ❤️
Hi! Here is Kula - she passed away month ago :< was my bestie since 2016
Kula looks so precious 🥹 Those little eyes are full of so much love. I'm so sorry for your loss, Adam. Thank you so much for sharing Kula with us. Sending you a big hug ❤️
Treating a cat as a desk companion sounds harmless until they curl up over the chassis exhaust, acting as an undocumented thermal insulator that injects an erratic latency penalty into local compilation and benchmark loops. It is the ultimate physical-layer edge case: profiling thread starvation and hardware throttling only to realize your watchdog alert was triggered by a purring 4kg heatsink obstruction.
Anyone else had to recalibrate their IPMI fan curves around feline sleeping schedules?

Love how pets are tagged as 'watercooler' more like radiator when they snuggle up 😂
radiator is so accurate 😄 Nothing beats a pet's warmth when they snuggle up 😀
Right? They lay you warm until you're too warm... Especially on the ass, that's where they cause you to have nightmares (pro tip, your ass and feet, keep them cold, else you'll have nightmares)
My cat also has opinions about build times.
Cats always have something to say about our work 😄 Now I want to see your little build-time reviewer, if you're comfortable sharing!
