Hi DEV community! I'm Jose, a Tech Architect and UI/UX enthusiast from Venezuela. I wanted to share my recent experience surviving an intense 18-hour hackathon.
While many developers focus strictly on writing every single line of code, my approach is different. I act as a "Tech Visionary". I direct AI agents to handle the heavy backend logic (like FastAPI and MCP servers) while I dedicate my energy to what really matters: Product flow, visual design, and user experience.
The Result: We delivered a high-performance, secure MVP in record time.
You can check out the repositories pinned on my profile! I joined this community to share more about designing digital experiences, AI workflows, and bridging the gap between complex logic and beautiful interfaces.
Let's connect!

18 hours is wild, but I actually like the way you split the work more than the speed itself.
Letting the agents handle a lot of the implementation while you stay focused on flow and UX makes sense for an MVP.
The interesting part after that is seeing which parts users actually care about, because that usually changes what version two looks like anyway.
