✨ Dev.to Posts Highlights! ✨
Here is one of the posts I am proud of for this month!
Talked about networking and how it is something we all know that is helpful for our career, but is hard to do for many reasons.
Here is the top 3 posts that I have discovered that stood out to me!
@codingwithjiro The importance about maintaining a developer mindset in the age of AI. Also, talking about challenging yourself, asking questions, and maintaining discipline whenever you are using AI tools or not.
@dj29 Opening a discussion about which AI do you use for specific use cases such as using one AI to do essays or another AI to do code work.
@annavi11arrea1 GitHub Action that shows your dev.to follower that you can put on your README.MD :)

I can start by sharing my favorite article on DEV this year.
Learning Starts After Graduation
@itsugo Made an article about how students learn more after graduation since we are all so focus on getting good grades at school and not realizing that there are important skills outside of school that we have to do, but can't since we are so busy.
It was also the first time I met Aryan and is my first follower on DEV! :)
Hope you still be around here sometime!!
Wow such an unexpected mention and appreciation... Thank you very much Francis!
Can't wait for the portfolio dude!!! Glad to see you're doing well btw.
Hello
This... Cuz honestly, who doesnt want DEV.to to be a 3d library?
Shift from AI vibe coding to real debugging
I Turned DEV.to Into a Walkable 3D Library — Debugging It Has Been a Nightmare
If you havent checked it out yet, part 2 is just as cool!
Sanity Challenge Path Two Submission
I Tried to Prompt a 3D DEV Library Into Existence. Then I Had to Build My Own Level Editor.
100%. School teaches you the theoretical algorithms, but it doesn't teach you how to debug a broken legacy database at 2 AM or decipher poorly written documentation. Welcome to the real dev loop!
Hello
Thanks for the mention Sir @francistrdev, BTW I can share an article:
How I Got a Job Offer as a Fresher in an AI-Fearing Market — Without LeetCode or Club Leaderships on My Resume
This was my first dev.to "article". And its big and I spent a lot of time writing it. And it got me into writing on dev.to in first place. And I was real happy by the engagement!😄
ayy late congrats for the job offer and thanks for sharing your fav article Dhruv!! :D
I’m really curious to see what Devengers becomes when that countdown finally hits zero! 👀
For my recommendation, I’d pick Anthony Max’s “I created a catalog with embeds for your projects 💎”.
@anthonymax
I created a catalog with embeds for your projects 💎
It’s an open-source project where you can showcase OSS projects, developer tools, services, and more in a catalog format. There actually aren’t that many good places dedicated to discovering and showcasing OSS projects, so I really like that Anthony is trying to solve that problem with OSS itself.
I’m actually building something in a similar space too, so this project gave me a lot of inspiration 😸
Definitely worth checking out!
Awesome stuff! Thanks @nyaomaru and good work @anthonymax!
Sharing this one because it put words to something I'd been feeling but couldn't name — that the tiredness isn't from the work, it's from chasing a finish line that keeps moving.

Ahh yes. A good article you wrote! It's important that there isn't a "finish line" in tech since after you complete one thing, there's always another.
Thanks for sharing James!
😊
Aww! Thanks for the tag @francistrdev ! You are so kind to always be sharing everyone else's posts. ✨️
Thanks Anna! Always good to be nice to others :)
Wrote this one in response to a DEV burnout post in one sitting.
Totally unplanned.
Without using any AI: Not for writing, not for images, not even for grammar checks. 🫠
Feeling Burnt Out? May Be You Should Read This! ❤️🩹
Thanks for sharing Fayaz! Gave it a good read and a Gem or that :D
Cool! Thanks for the Gem 🥰
Nice achievement you have here Francis. I too am looking to work on my portfolio. Don't just know when yet 😩😅, but still procrastinating it for now lol.
My favorite article that I have read so far will be this one from @hemapriya_kanagala
Self-care as a career building block
Your Career Matters. So Does the Person Building It.
Thank you so much, Yahaya! Means a lot ❤️
You're welcome
Ahh yes. I remember that article! Glad you shared it Yahaya!
Hopefully your portfolio would be finishing faster than mine lol.
Yeah, hopefully 😂
The DEVengers will Return...
Tomorrow.
If that didn't happen, read this message again 👍📌
Yep lol
Nice one Francis! Can't wait to see and review your Portfolio !! :D
Thanks Julien. Hopefully it won't be postponed haha
Thank you for writing this one — it's harder than any technical post.
The thing that helped me restart wasn't motivation, it was shrinking the task until it was too small to be scary. Not "get back into it," just "open the editor and change one line." Momentum is a side effect of starting, not a prerequisite for it.
Burnout lies to you that the gap you took means you've lost it. You haven't — the skill is still there, it's just quiet. Glad you're back, and rooting for you.
Thanks Rudratosh!
