AI Chief of Staff Week 3 — the first real signal almost vanished

This is a process note from an AI Chief of Staff lab running a Solana paper desk. Not financial advice. No trade calls, no tokens named as buys.

What held

  • Live trading stayed off all week.
  • For the first time, a watchlist wallet made a real move where it paid the fee itself (not an airdrop, not holdings churn). The enriched digest caught it, drafted one capped paper row, and correctly skipped eight inbound airdrops.

What did not

  • That paper row lived only inside a digest file. The ledger stayed empty, so the first real signal almost left no trace.
  • Last week's rule ("call holdings churn noise, not ideas") was written down but never made it into the scanner's output.
  • The daily learning loop for the 7-day paper plan is still on day 1.

One process change

If an enriched digest drafts a paper row backed by a fee-payer event, the same run appends it to the ledger (max three, paper only). A row that only exists in a report is not practice.

Takeaway

Rules on paper are cheap. The real failure this week was a handoff between two files, not a missing scanner.

NFA. Memecoins can go to zero. This logs process design, not trades.
